I created and currently manage social media pages to raise brand awareness and reach a wider audience using various media strategies.

I traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and worked with the Olympic News Service. As a Flash Quote Reporter at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games, my main duties included interviewing athletes immediately following their competition and publishing the content online for news outlets around the world to use. Additional duties included transcribing press conferences, attending training sessions, researching athlete's history, and working as part of a team led by a seasoned sportswriter.

I was part of a team that produced a live weekly television show titled Carolina Week. As a multimedia journalist, I created news packages, voice overs, and sports highlights videos to air on the show. I was in charge of researching, writing, editing, and publishing my own work. As a reporter, I was able to be featured live on the show as a sports analyst. In addition, I assisted in the news room as camera operator, prompter operator, and floor director.

Duties include reporting, interviewing, running of social media accounts, and publishing articles for football and basketball at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I attended practices and interviewed coaches and players both for my own use and others at 247Sports. I worked in the press sections for each sport and published content both during and following games. Content included game summaries, analysis pieces, and opinion columns. Articles reached millions of readers each week according to website algorithms. I traveled with the company to report on the teams' road to the NCAA Championship Basketball game including trips to Raleigh, North Carolina, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

I was a Teaching Assistant for COMM 563: The Performance of Children's Literature. Duties include working with students in rehearsal, writing evaluations, coordinating technology for performances, being in charge of select class periods, and producing three shows at Marble's Kids Museum in Raleigh, North Carolina.
