Machine Operator

I was hired to work in the Staking Dept. as a machine opertator on first shift. My duties were to keep the machines operating, by transfering inprocess parts from the molding dept. to the staking area after quality inspected them. I reported any and all machine related problems to the on duty mechanic. Most of the machines were automated, and the process was to add required components to the machine to keep it operating, making finished parts ready for inventory or speacial orders as required by the supervisor. This eval and test was based on an out sourced training manual used by many companies country wide. I do not have the info available to give you the name of the entity. I held this license and classification until 2007. I worked in the molding room as required or needed by my supervisors or due to work loads. I was involved with random inspection of production parts, and used speacial gauges to ensure uniform quality standards, and inputing the data gathered via SPC/QMS operations and databases. I worked with the inprocess quality inspector to esure finished and inprocess compliance, and also worked to resolve any non conformance of inprocess or finished goods.
