I'm able to offer varied services to developers, homebuilders, lenders, owner/investors and other real estate concerns due to experience with most every asset size, type and classification. I was employed by several top RE companies where I handled virtually all aspects of the business. I’ve worked in Florida, the SE US and Mid Atlantic states; however, I am flexible as to international or national geographic location, contract time frames, scope of services and payment structures. Upon request, a detailed proposal will be prepared to include one or more specific tasks or an all inclusive, results-oriented scope in order to best meet the client’s requirements. My qualifications include having served as senior manager for several 1,000-5,000 acre properties, and directly handling or overseeing all aspects and phases of the projects. I have been the lead negotiator on over $300 million of consummated sales and lease revenue from national (Centex, Beazer, et al) and regional (GL Homes) homebuilders, multi-family and commercial developers and corporate end-users, including American Express, Sun International, Blockbuster Entertainment, RJR Nabisco and Sony.I've had the good fortune to be involved with high quality projects for many industry leaders, including Tishman Speyer Properties, Rockwood Capital/Rockefeller Realty, Arvida Corporation, GL Homes, B.F. Saul, Westinghouse/Coral Ridge Properties and The Hogan Group; additionally acted as liaison with institutional financial partners such as TIAA-CREF, Macquarie Bank, Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Lend Lease/Equitable Real Estate. In addition, I've served in leadership and/or board positions for special taxing districts, economic development boards, and several business or charitable organizations, through which I accumulated substantial legislative affairs and lobbying experience at local, state and federal levels. I was also the developer-appointed President of eight Homeowners/Property Owners Associations.
