Accepted a new opportunity to oversee and lead all Transportation Department Managers, Supervisor of Logistics Services, and their teams in 3 provinces / multiple markets. Responsible to further analyze and develop our quality of operations, with specific focus on customer experience, and our critical role toward steady (delivered) sales growth and internal profitability.

Responsible for managing the team that provides national Retail Delivered Sales Planning/ Routing as well as the administration of outbound Domestic freight lanes and incoming ocean container import programs. I have been directly involved with the design, construction, and infrastructure asset procurement for all distribution facilities to date with TDG.

Operations Manager of the Winnipeg Dufresne Distribution Center for 8 years overseeing daily operations including 4 expansions during that term. As Director of DTS Devopment, reporting to the COO and later, the VP of Logistics, during an aggressive growth phase in 3 other provinces, I designed new warehouse facilities utilizing future projected sales volumes to calculate held storage levels, racking required, work flow strategies, through to construction of final building layouts. This role also involved full training of the new teams on "​in house" operating systems and ongoing development of procedures as required.
