Craig has spent the past two decades leading enterprise companies through significant growth and change regimes, both as Managing Director/CEO and Executive Board Director. With deep experience across global markets including Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and supply chain Asia, USA, UK and Europe. Craig has successfully steered three market leading businesses through substantial merger and acquisitions, including working with a Private Equity shareholder partner, which resulted in a successful market consolidation and ultimately sale of the business to an overseas investor.He has expertise formulating, restructuring and organisational change, as well as seeking and acquiring companies to assist in the strengthening of the business via diversification and product innovation culminating in revenue growth and replacement revenue for non-performing areas of the business. With management experience across more than 500 staff, Craig is passionate about developing a capable senior management team aligned for the journey and also values a strong relationship with the Board of directors.
