Manage the CES Quality Support Specialist Team for our Walmart Account.

The QSS’s primary responsibilities are to assist Walmart in providing its customers with superior quality within the One-Hour Photo commitment improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs by reviewing maintenance records and Astea reports. The QSS Team is assigned strictly to Walmart and Sam’s Club locations and are considered specialists to Walmart from the store to corporate level.The QSS Team also works with all teams within CES, Fuji and Walmart providing photo center operational and maintenance training, product and software testing, installation and technical support for all facets of photo center operations. The QSS Team fosters and encourages teamwork with all teams and groups for the common goal of supporting Walmart and Sam’s Club stores. The QSS Team works closely with the Quality Service Technicians (QST’s), providing training and support for the Quality Support Program (QSP). Each QSS is required to ride along with the QST’s in their assigned regions twice a year for certification and QS Program updating. The QSS Team fosters teamwork and provides additional support to and with the QST managers for better communications and implementation of the QS Program. The team also is responsible for updating and upgrading all aspects of this program. In addition to our teams work with the QST’s; the QSS Reps. also work together with the Technical Service Representatives (TSR’s), District Managers, TSM’s and Specialists to assist with all aspects of installation, service, technical training and software testing.The group serves as a focal point for all groups to voice concerns and address issues with both Walmart and Sam’s Club. All groups should communicate freely and effectively through the QSS about all account concerns.
