Collection Requirements Manager

• All-source analysis and production, including collection requirements and written production from an analyst’s perspective• Understanding of kill-chains as they relate to counterspace capabilities• Provide subject matter expertise in counterspace intelligence analysis, threat assessments and other analytical and country specific operational level doctrine, strategy, intent, and employment of counterspace weapons systems.• Ability to coordinate, collaborate, and integrate across NASIC and the intelligence community• Determine quantity/quality of relevant data available for analysis and conduct multi-INT intelligence research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence• Spatially and temporally correlate data from a variety of GEOINT sensors and other data sources• Integrate data and information from other data exploitation analysts as needed• Apply analytic standards and ensure compliance with established Air Force and ODNI analytical standards• Prepare and present written and/or oral intelligence briefings and reports, create geospatial files, and a detailed multi-INT assessment for each RFI• Disseminate assessments via multiple Government approved means including SIPRNET, JWICS and secure VTC• Support creation and implementation of new analysis, production and dissemination tactics, techniques and procedures• Maintain awareness and understanding of intelligence requirements, issues and challenges faced by Air Force components of USAFE-AFAFRICA, PACAF, AFCENT, AFSOC, AFSPACE and their Combatant Commands (EUCOM, AFRICOM, SOCOM< STRATCOM, & PACOM) in the planning and execution of air and space operations• Identify and collaborate with the appropriate NASIC system, campaign, forces and ISR sensor subject matter experts, and coordinate required support from appropriate personnel and organizations• Familiarity with OPLANS and CONPLANS

• 16 years’ experience inside AF-directed special access programs; currently supports over 20 programs• Authored approximately 200 in-depth intelligence products (Technical Assessments, Technical Memorandums, Analyst Interest Items & others) in direct support of specialized Special Access customers• Peer-reviewed intelligence products and assessments for all other 25AF/ZQ OL-WP intelligence analysts• Integral part of recurring SAP analytical exchanges and periodic Intelligence Support Working Groups• Heavily networked/known within NASIC analytical circles after 16 years in NASIC Space & Missile Group• Helped government manage over 400 SAP intelligence and collection requirements for over 60 customers• Subject matter expert in intelligence cycle and intelligence collection and requirements management• Represents the organization to higher headquarters, clients, and division analyst to ensure division production efforts meet mission needs; Directly responsible for increasing on-time product delivery to near one hundred percent• Implement software changes to a national database system to enhance the operational process and workflow; Reduces typical processing time, cost, and manpower by over 10% • Responsible for maintaining the 25AF/OL-WP products web page used for storing over 900 products, also maintain the 25AF/OL-WP internal web pages; Converts products from word documents to .pdf files; posts these products to the web page and also post the products to the national database system used throughout the intelligence community • Provides weekly briefings to upper management on the disposition of all requirements assigned to 25AF/OL-WP
