I am a Specialist Sales Manager at Castell Howell Foods Ltd, Wales' largest independent food wholesaler, with over eight years of experience in the industry. I provide specialist knowledge and support on tableware, glassware, front & back of house equipment, packaging & disposables, bespoke branding, coffee & coffee equipment, kitchen chemical systems & cleaning supplies, to a diverse range of customers and suppliers. My core competencies are new business development, customer satisfaction, and market analysis, which I use to create and implement effective sales strategies and solutions.Besides my sales role, I am also an avid rugby enthusiast, with a UKCC Rugby Union Level 3 qualification and more than 15 years of involvement in the sport as a player and a coach. I have coached various aspects of rugby, such as defence, attack, and backs, at different levels, including the Carmarthen Quins RFC, where I was the head coach for two years. Coaching rugby has enhanced my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, which I also apply to my sales role.
