Supporting the investigation process.- Operate to ergonomic standards.- Support and conduct safety observations to ensure compliance in all areas.

    Working direct for the operations manager at the plant I train out ODS (Operation Description Sheet) changes to the MTMS on the production line, Training out changes of parts to the production line. Raising PCA’s and amending ODS’s for the manufacturing engineering team, I also work alongside the Quality team to ensure the quality of our seats are up to standard and continually improving. Keeping a record and updating every ones training record according to their training progression using Microsoft excel. Working alongside FLMS getting new starters trained up and signed off on each station that they can work on, on the production line. Working with engineering and the Business Unit to complete line trials for changes of current parts. As a production trainer I come in to this job knowing only one area but with my maximum effort and dedication I now know most areas within the plant.
