Working closely with all members of the Executive Management Committee and the Head of Change to strategically plan the delivery of all 110 projects over a 3-year integration programme of delivery. Rollout of Microsoft Project across the entire Project Manager community, combined with creating Power BI Dashboards to manage risks, dependencies and resources across all sections of the business and communicate progress companywide.

Leading the Strategic Change Team in DAS & managing the day to day running of the team of Business Analysts and Project Managers (internal & external). Deliverables by the team in this time included Consumer Duty, Vulnerable Customers alongside various onboarding projects and small change delivery.Personally, project managing the M&A activities, from the early stages of Vendor Due Diligence and Vendor Assist working alongside KPMG, Fenchurch & Norton Rose Fulbright, through the bidding process, to the final sale of the business to ARAG SE. Following regulatory approval and completion, working closely with Deloitte in creating an Integration Management Office to facilitate the strategic planning of the post merger integration programme of works.Project managed the £72m Pension buy in for DAS to Canada Life, working with Spence, Burges Salmon & the Pension Trustees to ensure this deal succeeded to give certainty to the pension holders.Work also involved the delivery of the DAS sustainability data to the new ERGO platform, SPEL.

Successfully project managed the seamless implementation of a new HR platform & payroll system to DAS. M&A activities managed included the Part VII transition of the Irish DAS Group to ARAG alongside the migration of their data for ingestion into the buyers technology platform. Following this success I then went on to migrate the DAS Canada data to ARAG following the sale of that ERGO branch to ARAG. Simultaneously, I also project managed the transition of the finance team to the new IFRS17 reporting standard, working closely with consultants from Grant Thornton.In May 2022, I began the task of project managing the prospective sale of DAS LEI & DAS Law to ARAG SE.

This position, as a Business Partner Manager in Business Intelligence within Vodafone carried the responsibility for stakeholder management up to board level within Consumer Commercial Operations & Trading. This entailed ensuring that the team delivered high quality reporting that created tangible insight, enabling effective strategic decision making across the business.
