- Receiving high volumes of customer quotes- Sourcing suppliers for different models and retro fitting, to acquire best pricing.- Working with most MS Office programmes on a daily basis- Managing order schedule - Prioritising work loads- Sage data entry- Analyzing sales figures for discrepancies and progressive strategies. - Dealing with technical issues - Visiting suppliers current and new, to discuss any issues that need addressing and better understanding of the products.- Meet and greet customers, to provide feedback and solutions of any problems that they have or could occur.- Searching parts catalogues per serial number, for specific items depending on model, engine type and customer needs - Quoting customers anywhere between 1 – 400 parts per quote, depending on customer requirements, needing a high attention to detail.- Applying margins and discounts to spares- Liaising on daily basis with our subsidiary in Ghana- Following up on outstanding offers

• Monitor the day to day commercial performance of each account.• Contract Data analysis.• Purchase for AOG customer requirements.• Broker sales by means of purchase or exchange for outside contract requirements.• Ensure PO exchanges are dealt with on an efficient and cost effective manner and cores are returned back to the vendors within the agreed exchange period to avoid additional fees being raised.• Negotiate with both customers and suppliers.• Manage customer accounts and contracts, including customer specific requirements.• Understand customer culture and way of trading.• Maximise all sales opportunities for outside contract requirements.• Develop Avtrade/Customer relationships.• Develop business opportunities with customers.• Deliver high quality customer service.• Provide quick response times to the customer.• Respond to customer AOG/priority requirements.• Co-ordinate internal departments to ensure on time delivery to the customer.• Train other departmental staff and new employees in PBH / Lease functions and processes.• Ensure maximum revenue/profit is achieved.• Ensure contracts’ KPIs are being met in accordance to each individual agreement in place.• Maintain up to date market knowledge.
