I have vast experience working in the Social Care sector starting from a provider background moving into Adult Social Services, I am always keen to develop my knowledge and always give 100% to my work and colleagues, to ensure that best practice is followed when supporting the people, I work with in a person-centred approach, maximising their potential whilst always ensuring line of sight to the individual involved.
