About Craig Schwartz

Best known for the invention of the Safetydrape Blast Curtains, used extensively throughout the world!Craig Schwartz has been an inventor and entrepreneur all of his life. With his extensive background in textiles and manufacturing, it proved to be a winning combination for a very productive business career. Beginning in the late 1980's (at the ripe old age of 22), Craig headed up the engineering department of an aluminum hardware factory in Israel. While he was there, he oversaw the business expand and become a global player in the world market place. Part of Craig’s work day included designing region specific products, packaging, and supplying literature in multiple languages.Upon his return to America, he began building a series of companies that specialized in product manufacturing. Mr. Schwartz then created lifesaving solutions and technologies for our armed forces that he is still doing to this day. The technologies range from Safetydrape Blast Curtains to Crowd Control Barriers, and Fragmentation Retention to Blast Hardening buildings around the world. In addition, he customizes engineered threat reductions from threats such as terrorist attacks and industrial accidents. These technologies have been largely employed by the military, but commercially, they have been utilized by companies such as BP and Cummins Diesel to mitigate their industrial risk. The companies mantra is always to find the most economical solution to various threats. Craig Schwartz and Mitigation Technologies are industry leaders! By keeping it low tech with highly effective results, we are saving more lives with the least amount of resources!
