As HVAC Service Manager I provide HVAC/R technical support to technicians in the field. I am responsible for the safety of all technicians, as their safety and well being is one of TWC's highest priorities. In Addition, I provide quotes to customers, both internal and external, for repairs to refrigeration and air-conditioning units.

As lead HVAC technician, I am required to read, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment malfunctions and failures with the aid of blueprints, wiring diagrams, pressure/temperature charts, and control schematics. I am in charge of the quality assurance and quality control of all work performed by myself and other company technicians to ensure the best possible product is being provided to our customers. I supervise on-site job training, manage team performance standards, and serve as a technical coach to new and existing employees. I provide technical support to all team members to ensure total customer satisfaction I conclude with job status reports by providing detailed paperwork on needed supplies, warranties claims, and proper billing. I manage external vendors of parts and supplies that were required of all jobs to ensure they are accurate, approved, and necessary to complete assignments in a timely fashion and within budget. I worked as the lead technician with sub-contractors on large client jobs to ensure that promised work is being performed at the highest level of quality. Ultimately, total customer satisfaction, both internal and external, is my primary goal.

By providing routine repairs and maintenance on refrigeration systems, I ensured the customer’s equipment was running properly by meeting stringent service standards utilizing a two prong approach: system quality checks and pre-scheduled maintenance planning. Read schematic diagrams, shop sketches, and blueprints and interpreted applicable technical data for the F/A-18 Aircraft. Provided technical support to all team members and assisting in the analysis of issues to determine the best course of action. I routinely serviced and verified correct operation of applicable aircraft systems by using precision electronic equipment. I used measuring equipment including bore scopes, calipers, depth gauges, and dial indicators. Performed inspections required by maintenance requirement cards and completed maintenance/repairs as required. Planned, scheduled and directed work center assignments. I supervised the maintenance/repair requirements of F/A-18 power plants and related system components as well as verified aircraft flight readiness and conducted pre-launch quality inspections. I assisted in the supervision of an Organizational Level Maintenance Aviation work center. Installed, removed, inspected, tested, maintained, and repaired components related to the engines, auxiliary power units, fuel systems, generators, batteries and oil system. Performed repair and replacement of associated aircraft power plants and interconnecting devices and documented the maintenance through proper channels.
