Worldwide Lead for the Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC) and Data Experience programs responsible for WW strategy and execution. The MTCs are a part of the Microsoft Customer Engagment program which includes the Executive Briefing Center and strategic customer engagement. The MTC is a state of the art facility with Microsoft’s leading technologists that is the heart of Microsoft’s ecosystem created to empower every person and organization to achieve more. Craig was President of BlueMetal Architects, a leading technology architecture and design firm with offices in Boston, NY and Chicago, focused on sales, strategy and execution. BlueMetal was identified as a Microsoft National Systems Integrator at record pace, recognized with awards; rising to the CRN top 10 fastest growing integrators in 2014. Craig has had roles in Services, Sales, Marketing, Channel and Product Development. He spent 16+ years at Microsoft including National Director for Application Platform where Craig was responsible for sales strategy and execution for the US enterprise and partner group. Craig held various positions at Microsoft including Specialist Team Lead, Managing Consultant in Microsoft Services, the eCommerce. Craig’s experience spanned consulting, marketing, sales and product development. He spent 6 years in a variety of roles at Pegasystems. He was a founding employee for a retail analysis and integration that was acquired by Accenture. Craig is a graduate of Georgetown University and has lived in New York, Dublin and London. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston. In 2004, he was selected by the Boston Business Journal as one of Boston’s 40 under 40.
