In role, I lead end-to-end operations associated with the startup and management of business developing and selling eCommerce stores while maintaining a keen focus on continuous development and growth. I am heading high-performance teams and cross-cultural staff to confirm the seamless execution of assigned tasks and maximum adherence to set regulations, SOPs, and guidelines. I am leading processes ensuring sustainable growth via regularly reviewing/revising complex processes.
