Built a customer-centric organization through insightful leadership communicating extensively with current and prospective clients, focusing on emerging media startups, government entities, charitable organizations, manufacturers, and logistics suppliers. Assist clients with MTS, operations process efficiency, brand strategy and social media development. Actively train independent business professionals in various fields such as logistics, supply chain management, insurance sales, real estate, start-up bakeries, web bloggers, non-profits and direct selling organizations. Key Accomplishments - In partnership with ACD Direct, troubleshoot, compile and reporte donation/pledge data for non profits such as ASPCA, World Wildlife Fund, Wounded Warrior Project, Disabled Veterans, The American Legion, and PBS. - In partnership with LACONi member libraries, presented literacy advocacy programming focusing on imagination empowerment to library patrons of all ages. - In partnership with the Archdiocese of Chicago, coordinated after school care program at pilot parish school with 180 students and 4 direct reporting employees. - In partnership with Caterpillar Inc., tweaked MTS processes, accuracy, and efficiency reducing production line down time and delays. - In partnership with Colonial Life, facilitated strategies that solved small businesses two greatest challenges; attracting and retaining key employees, and mitigating the rising costs of health care and supplemental benefits. - In partnership with Anthony Robbins Companies®, created organization to deliver local and regional single and multi-day seminar events focusing on sales training and time management. - Leveraging strategic alliances with Coach U® and Sean Stephenson’s “Time to Stand”®, branched out to include corporate training and private clients.
