Working with Fire and Emergency New Zealand to develop their requirements for a mobility response solution and supporting the RFP team to evaluate and assess the responses. Key responsibilities were:- Ensuring that the requirements covered FENZ's technical and non-functional requirements- Ensuring that the current FENZ landscape was well articualted and clearly understaood by the respondents- Provide technical and architecture briefing to the respondents- Participate in the evaluation of the the proposals and vendor presentations against FENZ's requirements.

Providing architecture advice and guidance to LPC. - EA Roadmap- Rostering & Fatigue Management- Cloud Strategy- Mobile Strategy- Harbour Management System Replacement

Provision of architecture and delivery guidance to a number of projects which will provide mobile digital solutions to FENZ personnel. These solutions will provide easier and more timely capture of data whilst providing improved situational awareness to fire crews as they respond to incidents. These solutions need to be robust, resilient and reliable whilst being deployed into a mobile environment.

Provision of Architecture as a Service (AaaS) for TEC. This is a combination of Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture for some key projects. This allows TEC to dial up and dial down the level of architecture support they want dependent on their current level of demand.

I was responsible for the architecture design and delivery of the batch, business rules engine and workflow components. This included defining the component architectures and delivery of the subsequent application builds. From a delivery perspective I was responsible for the budgeting, planning and delivery of all aspects of the design and build.DWP - Solution Architect on a large CRM project (Pension Transformation Programme) for the DWP. I was responsible for sizing the system, agreeing resilience characteristics as well as agreeing the SLAs and NFRs with the client.
