This involved process monitoring of the machine tool whilst cutting, signal processing of the relevant data-sets and analysis to develop alternative methods of feed rate optimisation. Taking prospective students on tours of the university campus and informing them about the different aspects to life as a student if they chose to study there.During my final year, I was also asked to deliver a presentation on each open day to all prospective students (and parents). This practice allowed me to massively improve my confidence and ability to deliver clear presentations.

Working on numerous projects in different roles - from conducting PFMEA’s on processes in development to using advanced metrology equipment to scan large components to a high precision. Advanced metrology equipment includes:-Leica Laser Trackers (e.g. AT901) & Spatial Laser Scanners(e.g. P20).-Photogrammetry Scanners (e.g. Hexagon Cognitens & GOM ATOS Triple Scan)
