- Design, implementation and administration of a new global Salesforce ecosystem.An 18 month project that involved investigation and redesign of current business processes within sales, customer service, customer success, finance and production. The presented aim and final success was the improvement of efficiency, data governance, reportability, ROI and customer success. The design phase included product taxonomy, guided product selection and approval based pricing rules/thresholds, complex automated document generation, opportunity processes, onboarding, implementation and support case workflows including key milestones, service level agreements, electronic signing, financial accounting and ERP package setup including building custom spend management workflows and approvals, production team project management and database design.Implementation required accelerated learning of complex tools involving both declarative and code-based programming, APEX, SOQL, Lightning CRM, Financial Force (ERP), CPQ, Einstein Analytics, DocuSign and Conga Composer. Excel data cleansing for legacy systems, data migration, documentation, training, UAT and deadlines.- Managing relationships with IT suppliers including contract negotiation and equipment procurement- Direct management of multi-country IT Managed Service Providers- Global budget management and accountability of $500k - Implemented global VOIP phone systems, Mobile Device Management, MFA with SSO- Support of global company rebrand including domain name change
