Providing technical and analytical support to the Group Reward team.As part of the Reward Team, I was the Technical Lead for the Annual Salary Review (ASR) process working closely with the Reward Director, Reward Partners and HR Management Information team to successfully deliver the 2015 ASR and Bonus process across the business covering over 6000 employees.This secondment opportunity allowed me to work with a new data set, using my technical skills to manipulate data and refactoring Excel VBA Macros to work with new MI reports from the new HRIS (NGA ResourceLink) which was implemented just two weeks into this role.I was the point of contact for ASR queries and was confident in dealing with queries from senior stakeholders throughout the review process. I collaborated with HR Business Partners to provide job evaluations to benchmark new roles across the business using data from multiple benchmarking surveys to reach a conclusion.

As an MI Analyst I had exposure to different areas and products in the Retirement Solutions business. Dealing with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, producing reports, databases and dashboards that are relied upon to make key business decisions.I developed a bespoke Call Tracker CRM database which was used daily across three sales regions to manage their contact with financial advisers. I provided support for this system and added additional functionality based on business needs.I managed the administration of users on a bespoke workflow system and provided training on how to use the advanced functionality of the software. I worked on the business requirements as part of the project team that coordinated with IT to add additional functionality. When this system was replaced I worked with IT and our new vendor on the requirements to integrate the old data. I provided the new vendor with a cleaned data file in the format required to successfully migrate into the new database.I ran training sessions around the business to broaden existing skills in MS Excel and Business Objects or to showcase reporting suites that I have developed.
