I led research in the areas of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). I also published research on executive priorities through SAPinsider's Technology Executive Forum.

I was the analyst and editor in the HCM space tasked with researching and publishing reports, interviewing customers and vendors, and building a network of experts. I also supported our Finance analyst with editorial work, including editing reports and writing stories.

I developed and maintained editorial calendars for all Rizing lines of business. I wrote blogs, recorded videos, hosted live sessions, and made content in other mediums. I sourced and created customer stories. I talked to smart people (consultants, analysts, executives) and conveyed their thoughts in a digestible manner. Overall, I covered SAP ecosystem news and events, particularly in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors, Consumer Industries and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and other things as needed.

Drove editorial voice, including researching and reporting SAP and enterprise software news, blogging and interviewing executives and users for ASUG's 100,000+ members on ASUG.com/news. Sourced, managed and edited freelancer work. Coworkers looked to me as an SAP subject matter expert, and I conducted SAP 101 sessions to keep them updated on the latest trends and products in SAP and the broader enterprise software ecosystem. Additionally, served as ASUG Twitter Czar and social media consultant to regional chapters and SIGs.

Contributed 32 team capsules to the 2013-14 ESPN Insider College Basketball Preview. Conducted interviews with coaches and statistical research to write 250-400 words of tempo-free analysis about each team and rank each school relative to its conference.Previewed three conferences for the 2014-15 ESPN Insider College Basketball Preview.
