Selected to be a member of a four person team tasked to establish Dallas Airmotive's new PW200 product line. Primarily responsible for the engineering and operational portions of the project.-Collaborated with an international team (United States, Canada, United Kingdom) to implement the new Dallas Airmotive and H+S Aviation rotorcraft programs.-Developed and worked to a highly detailed project plan encompassing all the engineering, operational, and technical aspect of the project.-Compiled a highly detailed list of all the equipment needed to repair and overhaul PW200 engines. Sourced all the equipment from vendors or internal resources.-Designed the new Dallas Airmotive rotorcraft shop floor layout. Created a detailed 3D model using AutoCAD Inventor (see below).-Designed the new Rolls-Royce Spey and Tay shop floor layout.-Worked with a team to develop the floor plan of the new Dallas Airmotive Rotorcraft Center of Excellence at the DFW Airport. Created the master layout using AutoCAD.-Responsible for weekly communication between Dallas Airmotive and Pratt & Whitney Canada throughout the project.-Working with a team to plan the transition of the rotorocraft programs to the new Rotorcraft Center of Excellence.-Performed investigations and collaborated with the Continuous Improvement department to determine the best practices to be used in the new program.-Coordinated a multi-million dollar equipment purchase with a specialized tooling manufacturer.

-Collaborated with engine technicians and machinists to develop a practical and cost effective lifting tool to be used during engine assembly in order to eliminate safety concerns.-Performed finite element analysis to validate the tool design and prepared technical instructions for use of the tool.-Created technical drawings of existing tooling for future fabrication.-Disassembled TFE-731 turbofan engines with qualified technicians in order to gain hands on experience.-Created component repair routing documents to guide parts through internal repair processes.
