Created a detailed 3D model using AutoCAD Inventor (see below).-Designed the new Rolls-Royce Spey and Tay shop floor layout.-Worked with a team to develop the floor plan of the new Dallas Airmotive Rotorcraft Center of Excellence at the DFW Airport. Created the master layout using AutoCAD.-Responsible for weekly communication between Dallas Airmotive and Pratt & Whitney Canada throughout the project.-Working with a team to plan the transition of the rotorocraft programs to the new Rotorcraft Center of Excellence.-Performed investigations and collaborated with the Continuous Improvement department to determine the best practices to be used in the new program.-Coordinated a multi-million dollar equipment purchase with a specialized tooling manufacturer.
