As the VP of Professional Services for VMware in Asia Pacific and Japan, I lead a team of experts that help CIOs and their organisations accelerate digital transformation that delivers business results. This is achieved by leveraging VMware’s technologies and deepening the organisations’ understanding of the latest viable technology innovations.I have worked in the IT industry for more than 26 years, and have a broad range of experience spanning from solution architecture through to delivering large infrastructure projects with an international team.In 2020, I took on the role of Diversity and Inclusion lead for APJ. Within this role, I oversee all of VMware’s D&I programs within the region, and I am particularly passionate about building and developing inclusive teams consisting of diverse individuals. D&I is something that I have been a longstanding advocate of throughout my career.Under the broader Global Impact theme, I am regular blood donor for many years and have personally donated blood 84 times. As part of VMware’s Service Learning commitment, I encourage others to do so where possible. I am also extremely passionate about VMware’s commitment to environmental sustainability and minimizing my impact on the environment is something I am extremely considerate of through the way I live.
