I am a desktop support technician at Virtual Service Operations (VSO), which provides remote IT solutions to clients across various industries. In this role, I apply my skills and knowledge in information technology to assist and troubleshoot issues for users, ensuring their satisfaction and productivity.Before joining VSO, I served in the US Army for six years, developing valuable competencies in leadership, personnel management, and project management. I was a Chinook mechanic, responsible for maintaining and repairing the 30 million dollar helicopter and deployed to Afghanistan for nine months, where I faced challenging and demanding situations. I was promoted to sergeant and led a team of soldiers, managing their work schedule and one-on-one development. I also graduated from a leadership school as one of the top of the class.I joined the Army in 2016 to better my life and offer more to my community and future family. I have the drive and ambition to be successful in my IT career, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I am passionate about aviation and mechanics, and I enjoy solving problems and helping others.
