During this time I published my first book on Influencer marketing and I was a professor of the Master of Communication at the Innadi school in Madrid.I joined Marriott ACHM Hotel Management Company in 2016. I enjoyed belonging to the largest hotel chain in the world, which has given me the opportunity to learn the hotel industry in depth, offering me daily new professional challenges and greater responsibilities and the possibility of working together with professionals from each discipline involved in the business and sharing and training the different regional teams. A fundamental part of this business involves empathy towards the needs and objectives of the different stakeholders to achieve common goals. Reporting directly to the committee and managing a centralized team, supporting more than 75 hotels of ACHM's joint venture with Marriott International in the EMEA markets including AC Hotels, Autograph Collection, Luxury Collection and JW Marriott portfolio of brands in hospitality. My experience in both industries, Fashion and Hospitality, has allowed me to bring successful partnerships for the company.
