Trainer for "Agile Scrum for teams" and "Agile - Kanban and Scrum"

- Head of Project Management Office. Mission: improve team efficiency, implement and promote Agile practices, implement and improve project tracking tools and processes, implement an improved Roadmap planning process together with the Product Management team- Key contributor in aligning tools and processes with the Verifone objectives after the 2checkout merge and acquisition

- Built the project management office in the company- Built a team of Agile project managers with the objective to improve project tracking processes and implement practices that improve team efficiency- Lead the merge & acquisition project between Avangate and 2Checkout products and execution processes

- Project Planning and Management - define project schedule, organize and lead project status and working meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks and issues, correct deviations from plans, perform delivery planning for assigned projects- Act as a Scrum Master following the best practices for Scrum framework- Team Management - assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, mentoring and developing team members- Product Owner Support - support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications- Process Management and Improvement - define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management- Team building - promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making meaningful contribution

- Working with a cross-functional team of 8 members (Development, Testing, User experience)- Monitoring and tracking the progress of the team sprint commitment on a daily basis- Constant reporting and communication about the progress of the sprint to the Product owner and functional team leads- Making sure that Scrum processes are followed and implemented- Removing impediments encountered by the team during the sprint, this way they could focus only on the technical tasks- Making sure all business expectations are delivered by the Scrum team at the end of the sprint- Helping the team maintain their burndown chart- Facilitating all Scrum related meetings (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective)- Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and Product owner

- Work as part of an Agile cross-functional team (developers, testers and user experience specialists)- Technologies: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS- Tools: version control software (CVS, GIT), code merge tools (Beyond Compare, Tortoise Merge), issue tracking (Redmine)- Implementing and maintaining technical features at the company quality standards and business expectations- Estimating the time and resources required for a new features - Writing technical documentation
