• Led the ministry as a volunteer while still working at Chase as a corporate trainer from March 2017 – December 2017 when I was hired as full-time staff.• Support a ministry of an average of 290 children per week and lead over 125 volunteers.• Organize several large events each year including 2 weeks of Summer Camp, Back to School Bash, Promotion Sunday, Halloween Party and more.• Routinely organize and lead 5 services per week, each including 5 different classrooms and over 14 different volunteer positions in each service.• Staff volunteers for church-wide events such as women’s and men’s groups and base classes.• Choose curriculum specific to each classrooms age level and organize all items needed for volunteers to teach this curriculum.• Hold monthly training sessions for volunteers as well as regular leadership development meetings with key lead volunteers within the ministry.• Identify, recruit & follow up with new volunteers.
