• Complete deep due diligence with clients to create tailored search strategies and job descriptions that portray the organization’s story and role needs in a rich and compelling way
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the search process from sourcing, interviews and screening, to final stages of salary negotiation and offer
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and passive candidates
• Produce key search documents, including candidate profiles, position profiles, search progress reports, and other key deliverables for ongoing client communication
