• Triage team members in a factory setting• Deliver first aid and treat team members on site when applicable• File Workman’s Compensation claims and communicate with providers • Keep DOT drivers in compliance with federal regulations with random drug screens/ensuring DOT medical examiner’s certificate is current• Run health surveillance programs to treat/prevent work- related illnesses• Promote health through teaching boards/training classes• Use of Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and OHM EMR for documentation• Compliance with OSHA recordkeeping

• Provide emergency medical treatment/triage patients• EPIC EMR documentation• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care• Perform assessments and ordered treatments• Critical thinking of disease process/nursing knowledge to advocate for patients

• Case management of approximately 25-30 patients• Skilled nursing visits provided in the home care setting • Prioritizing care and scheduling patients to receive home care• Crescendo/OASIS EMR documentation• Providing care following Medicare/Medicaid guidelines• Supervision of home health aides

• Care for patients at a 6:1 nurse- patient ratio on a Medical/Telemetry Unit• Use of Cerner EMR for documentation• Patient admissions and discharging• Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide quality patient care
