Team Lead - responsible for overseeing the Kinesiology Department. This involved mentoring staff members, creating and overseeing policy and procedures departmentally, reviewing best practices, weekly meetings with staff members, proofing of all departmental reports and communication. Responsibilities regarding supervision, creating agendas and implementing monthly departmental meetings. Kinesiologist - maintaining a caseload of clients involving intake, progress, and discharge assessments with accompanying reports with recommendations. Working primarily with ICBC and legal files. Maintaining professional relationships with funders and clients. Program design and progression to help clients reach their goals and pre-injury status. Pain management education.

Trained and competed as a member of Team Canada at multiple International Games and Championships including Commonwealth Games, Pan-American Games, World University, and Francophone Games. Former Canadian National Champion and former Canadian National Record Holder. 5 years under the tutelage of 4x Olympian Jud Logan. 7 years under the tutelage of Olympic Gold medallist and the most accomplished throws coach of all time, Dr. Anatolij Bomdarčhuk.

Working in an Occupational Rehabilitation Program (OR1) with clients who were injured in the workplace. Responsible for Kinesiology intake, progress and discharge of clients, report writing, program design and progression, pain management education, work simulation tasks, daily cardiovascular and stretching, as well as education regarding nutrition, biomechanics, cardiovascular training, stress management. Also performed Pre-placement Functional Screens and Return to Work Support Services for WSBC.
