The USAR Collective Training Analyst is responsible for providing support for the USAR Collective Training Exercise Program’s Combat Training Center (CTC) and Warfighter Exercise (WFX) participation and readiness efforts. Participates in daily, weekly and monthly sync meetings with rotational training units (RTU) to communicate CTC/WFX related information, develop plans and collect RTU data. Develops executive level briefings and participates in weekly leadership in progress reviews. Utilizes systems of record for scheduling to input RTU data for CTC/WFX rotations. Coordinates with CTC and WFX representatives to communicate capabilities, ensure USAR participation in training events and to develop required CTC and WFX products. Develops and provides CTC/WFX related operations orders, taskings and responses to CTC/WFX RFIs. Distributes CTC/WFX planning conference information to stakeholders and as required attends CTC/WFX planning conferences.

Supervised Digital Training Management System (DTMS) andoperations management, ensured all appropriate Mission Essential Task List (METL)assessments and training results are captured in DTMS. Executive Leadership: Executive Officer for the only Aviation Support Battalion in the United States Army Reserve. Responsible for the training, unit readiness, mobilization, morale, and welfare of over 800 Soldiers and Civilians.
