I led a staff of 6 coaches and manage ~40 athletes in the program. We held weekly coaches meetings that I wrote an agenda for and use project management skills to create timelines, delegate tasks and meet deadlines for all responsibilities of head coach. I led daily practices that includes presenting explanations of tasks to ~40 athletes and follow through to ensure content is received. I created a Jr. High Program to start the pipeline and empowerment of younger athletes. I organize all travel, both local and overnight. Responsible for safety, skill development and leadership development of coaches and athletes.

I created a business to provide professional services to those looking to bolster their job searching experience. Whether it is needing a resume upgrade, interview skills or a LinkedIn profile update, I support my clients to bridge the gap in their job search. Life coaching can be a cliche term. What I did was hold space for creativity and accountability in individuals lives. I met 1:1 weekly with my clients and created goals and support structures to have my clients be living a life in alignment with who they are.

I taught 7th grade English from August - December 2021. I had never taught and had to learn incredibly fast how to have classroom management and teach district curriculum. I learned the power of networking with other teachers and building relationships with students. This was an incredibly difficult position that required resilience and perseverance. I learned to move forward with very little information and direction.I also taught Spanish 1&2 for 7 weeks. I learned to be resourceful because I am not proficient in Spanish. Followed teaching plans thoroughly and asked questions as needed.

I met with students one on one to discuss resume and cover letters. I reviewed 100+ resumes through an online platform as well as in person. I also conducted mock interviews, giving feedback and coaching, along with career direction consultation. My department held workshops and I helped deliver over 50 presentations (both in-person and virtually) on topics including: Job Search, LinkedIn/Networking, Cover Levers, Resumes and Interview Preparation. In addition to a workshop, I worked with students to enhance and bolster their LinkedIn profiles to be in alignment with their career direction. The university holds Career Expositions that I helped coordinate and lead the volunteers. I developed a student advisory board with another colleague to ensure student input is being heard and implemented.

I graduated with my masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I received the Dean's Scholarship and maintained a high GPA. I was involved in the local chapter of ATD, SHRM as well as METRO which involved monthly lectures in New York City. I navigated and adjusted to school during the coronavirus pandemic and increased my ability to collaborate and perform in a virtual environment. One of my classes was a consulting project where we worked with a company to improve their customer on boarding process.

Within this role I supported the HR Business Partner with the day-to-day operations of the business. I helped with recruiting and on-boarding, in person as well as in Workday. I was involved with engagement by supporting planning of the company picnic and a product sales celebration. I also updated the tv screens around the company with daily get to know you facts about different employees. I had larger projects that included auditing employees FLSA status, improving the intermittent FMLA reporting process and monitoring the Mid-Year appraisal process. I trained mid level managers in employee engagement techniques and supported their employee retainment process.

West Jordan, Utah

Within this newly created position I was a "utility" on the operations team. I did daily work order transactions for the production staff and developed a more efficient process for the work order flow. I assisted the purchaser and would place purchase orders when needed. I collected and reported data for daily meetings. I participated in daily planning meetings for supply chain and created a visual board for our production schedule. I also created Excel tracking sheets for various items including on time delivery. I conducted daily cycle counts to ensure inventory was accurate. I participated in the wellness committee which involved several engagement activities held on site. I also participated in community outreach and partnered Trebor with Junior Achievement which allowed Trebor to sponsor a school for this program.

Gilbert, Arizona

Within this role I met with foster families monthly to ensure they were following foster care licensure standards and had the support they needed. I would write home-studies and collected documents required for certifications. I was a support and a resource to families struggling to handle children's behaviors. I participated in Child Family Team meetings which involved all of the agencies and supports of the foster children meeting together to discuss and evaluate how the child was doing. I attended several training's regarding brain development and how trauma affects the brain. I piloted a program within our company that was focusing on concentrated support for the foster parents and using the curriculum Nurturing Parenting. I was part of a state-wide committee working to better serve our families and ensure proper policies were in place. I started a book club which invited employees from different departments to connect and engage with each other. The club met once a month and if the library had the book we chose I would provide copies of the books to the members. I also started Mindful Mondays were I would host a ten minute mindfulness session and invite members across all departments to attend.
