Crystal is a self-motivated and analytical individual. She has close to five years of corporate recruitment experience with prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant. At MINDEF, she manages the full end-to-end recruitment process and assists in the management of the MINDEF/SAF Recruitment Portal (MSRP), Impress.ai, which went live in Dec 22. Her scope of work includes but not limited to salary negotiation with candidates, stakeholder and vendor management, raising change requests/incident requests/service requests with Impress.ai. Prior to joining MINDEF, she managed the full end-to-end recruitment process and was involved in various recruitment projects at SP Group - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AI Recruitment Chatbot which went live in Apr 22. At FSK Advisory, she supported the corporate function team as a Recruitment Consultant through passive sourcing. She is always curious and has a learning spirit. Crystal loves God and people! :)
