In this role I was responsible for strategic development and execution of nationwide internal communications plans to enhance staff and volunteer engagement and literacy of the American Cancer Society’s mission and revenue priorities. I developed and helped tell “the ACS story” through all internal communications vehicles. I provided strategic internal communications counsel in support of effective change management and the successful support of key business objectives. I ensured consistent internal messaging through all communications vehicles while supporting discreet enterprise internal communication activity as needed.

Led enterprise editorial processes and review, managing a team of writers, editors, and freelancers in an integrated Creative team.
