I'm a North Carolina native. Currently, I serve as the Associate Director for the Meredith Autism Program at my alma mater, Meredith College, where I practice as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with preschool children with autism. I've had the honor of watching the field of ABA grow over the last two decades. I am passionate about my career because there is nothing more rewarding than observing and measuring the growth of an early learner. I am committed to collaboration and recognize that it truly takes a village for our efforts to be the best they can be. I am eager to learn, and I embrace being a life-long learner. I am interested to surround myself with people that are different than me so that we can work together to create an inclusive and equitable space for all. I'm a problem solver, listener, builder of connections, strong team player, and lover of all the best food and music.

I teach PSY 312: Psychology of Exceptional Individuals in the Department of Psychology at Meredith College. I enjoy sharing my clinical experince with my students. I have a passion for learning about culturally responsive teaching, acceptance, and dissemination of information. I value being a mentor and learning from my students.
