I recruit freshman students for Catawba College from all states West of Tenn. and the Sandhills region of North Carolina, where I also travel. In addition, I assist with event planning, research and application management for Admissions. Catawba College is a small, private 4-year liberal arts institution located in Salisbury, North Carolina, about 45 minutes north of Charlotte.

Assist Senior Partner at firm with civil litigation, personal injury and real estate matters. Take dictation, prepare memos, pleadings, correspondence and discovery; prepare notebooks for depositions, trials and meetings with attorneys, work with clients, do research; Setup distribution lists, mailing lists and other organizational components to ensure clients are kept informed of the latest status of their cases and projects; Create organizational charts, diagrams and other courtroom presentation material using Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Word; Schedule and maintain meetings for Senior Partner; Preparation of all Real Estate Closing Documents, including HUD1 Settlement Statements
