Current• Consult with internal stakeholders regarding talent attraction and engagement strategies• Educates stakeholders on the range of sourcing and recruiting products available • Verifies candidate qualifications and skills needed and provides recommendations• Identifies and engages with passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, HireEZ, and internal ATS for multi-state recruiting • Builds and establishes a network of candidates and brand for the company • Conducts research and investigates new technologies and creative recruiting and sourcing methods, follow-up with recruiter and hiring manager• Sources and Recruites for non-sales and tech roles • Complete tasks with high attention to detail, knowledge of recruiting procedures • Manages sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality
