- Educates stakeholders on the range of sourcing and recruiting products available
- Verifies candidate qualifications and skills needed and provides recommendations
- Identifies and engages with passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, HireEZ, and internal ATS for multi-state recruiting
- Builds and establishes a network of candidates and brand for the company
- Conducts research and investigates new technologies and creative recruiting and sourcing methods, follow-up with recruiter and hiring manager
