Upgraded the NDBH.com homepage with C#/TSQL/Sitefinity CMS. Designed, Architected, and Coded a survey website in C#/CSLA/EF/TSQL. Refactored the main production database to bring it up to modern standards. Created a Claims Data warehouse using stored procedures, SSIS, and SQL Job Agent. Migrated and redesigned the data warehouse to use Microsoft's APS(former PDW).

Integrated an off the shelf CMS web solution with a custom in-house MVC web application providing common authentication and session sharing functionality across domains.Created rich, detailed web content, using the CMS solution.

Bug fixes and maintenance support.

Created & Setup a development/build environment. Wrote production code in C# 3.0, CSLA for both Win Forms and Web Forms. I'm currently working on some conversion and upgrades. Upgraded marketing module to C# 3.0 using Linq to sql and CSLA.

Designed, developed, and maintained a Performance Scorecard for the sales associates to monitor their daily, weekly, and monthly progress towards their sales goals. Rearchitected the public facing website implementing AJAX technologies for better user interactivity and improved download performance.Installed Subversion and migrated the repository from Team Foundation Server to SVN, including all historical data. Create NANT scripts to auto deploy software programs.

Enhanced an ASP.NET 2.0 website for employee benefits selection and created an administrative reporting website for executives using C#/ASP.NET 2.0/T-SQL. Update the Office Leader Incentive program (C#/ASP.NET 1.1) with new functionality for computing bonuses. Worked closely with Business Analysts to research the correct definition for net revenue. Completed numerous small enhancements in ASP.NET across a wide variety of projects.

Implemented new functionality to a public facing website (C#/ASP.NET 2.0) that dynamically altered content to support business partners. Updated and debugged internal use applications (C#/ASP.NET 1.1). Created and improved stored procedures and modified data schema using TSQL to improve lead distribution to the sales workforce, collaborated with Business Analysts to deliver on business requirements which opened new streams of revenue. Worked closely with Quality Assurance Specialist to resolve high priority fixes.

Debugged and made enhancements to flagship multi-tiered real estate web application utilizing C#, ASP.NET, COM, and SQL/TSQL; upgraded an internal desktop application to convert data to Fidelity format. Participated in code reviews and worked with Quality Assurance and Implentation team to resolve challenging technical issues.
