I'm a Business and IT graduate, with a passion for technology and how it can be used to have an impact on both my life personally and through solving business problems. I have worked in customer facing roles throughout my career and can link this to my personal drive to be able to provide high quality customer service in any circumstance I’m put in to. I attended university at Manchester Metropolitan where I studied Business Information Technology, managing to achieve a 1st Class Honours. This period of my life helped me to realize my true potential in the business environment, whilst also retaining my passion for IT by learning just how important it has been and will be for businesses in the coming future. Becoming a Solutions Engineer (Or Sales Engineer/Pre-Sales) at Redgate has put me at the forefront of cutting edge technology, working with some of the largest businesses in the world. Where I'm able to help various database oriented teams, using Redgate's best in breed Compliant Database DevOps solutions.Colleagues know me as a highly creative, energetic and fun-loving person that will always try to get the best of people and the situation that is presented to me. However, I know that the businesses or clients needs will always come first, this allows me to have a professional attitude which has been salient to my successes so far and going forward.
