I have a talent for maintaining a high level of organization and managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.However, after 10 years of working in the field of education as a teacher, team lead, instructional coach, and reading and math intervention specialist, I have a desire to embark on a new career, recruiting, that better matches my skill set of being highly organized, building relationships, being an active listener, project management, and asking and evaluating responses to questions.Moreover, recruiters should possess good presentation and communication skills in order to talk to people on the phone, meet people face to face, communicate via email, write job ads, and more. To that end, I have an excellent track record of exceeding performance goals. For instance, a recent performance goal was that 75% of students in RTI Intervention groups make typical growth on Spring reading and math MAP assessments. I am humbled to say that 78% of my students met this goal. Additionally, my expertise in time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and relationship building make me a great addition to any team.
