This job primarily involved designing, building, and supporting database-backed web applications, extending/integrating third-party or commercial applications, and migrating/managing data with standalone programs/scripts. Primary technologies included Linux, PHP, MySQL, Ruby/Rails, XML, HTML/CSS.

Led the architecture and development of ringtone creation and sharing application built originally as a Facebook app using mainly OO PHP. The Friendtones app achieved 10,000+ installations/users on Facebook in 4 months by improving the application through daily code updates/releases in direct response to user feedback. Managed the technical and developmental side of the project/company; produced 90% of the codebase that leveraged Linux sound processing libraries, and which also involved systems integrations with MMS service providers; also managed external feedback loops and provided most technical/customer support. The FriendTones application was selected as a top choice in the AT&T Developer's Challenge competition before ceasing operations due to lack of funding.

Technical management of automated library system acquisitions module; lead developer/architect for local history database and web applications. Projects required full-stack web development and server administration as well as data migrations and conversion of data to digital formats.
