I am the lead architect and engineer for CHFA's implementation of Domo, a business intelligence platform. I serve as the agency-wide expert for automating reports and projects requiring ETL processing and data cleaning beyond Excel. In addition, I manage or advise more complex statistical analyses using regression and decision tree modeling in R. Check out our dashboards of housing market indicators. Built using Domo and a little Excel wizardry, SQL, R, and multiple JSON API feeds. They leverage housing market data from the CT Housing Finance Authority, the Warren Group, the US Census Bureau, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, and the Federal Housing Finance Administration. As a tool to facilitate exploration and inform the public, they are provided free from analysis or perspective.
