Developed the new organizational structure, defined position competencies, established compensation plans and accountability metrics, reevaluated current employee fit, and hired top talent to support the new vision. • Responsible for all staffing decisions in the CSX group and any decisions related to existing clients. Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and COO to balance financial necessities with operational needs and client promises. Allocate resources with an organizational priority on our top 10 client accounts, • Lead annual account planning and quarterly business reviews for all top tier clients. Conducted a strategic review of all clients to create a new multi-tiered model with optimized support structures at each tier.• Collaborated with the Solutions team to position and package a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution. Rolled out key sales materials and marketing collateral across the Sales and CSX organizations.
• Led the New York Sales team with responsibility for 5 direct reports and top-line revenue responsibilities for the East Coast region. Built annual sales strategies, tied compensation plans with office performance, and worked to drive corporate growth initiatives. Managed the full sales pipeline from lead generation to closing activities. • Hired and trained a Sales team that effectively closed projects with Fortune 100 brands and their agency partners. Over five years, expanded revenue and secured new logo wins with Capital One, American Express, PepsiCo, Subway, The Hershey Company, Johnson & Johnson, and The Walt Disney Company. • Navigated complex financial industry requirements governing the collection and storage of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to close a multi-million dollar relationship with a key strategic account. Built the internal case to justify an investment in processes and new data system over the short and long term. This work helped to secure the new ISO27001 certification, built credibility, and opened the door to business with top financial companies.
