Global CMO for Treasure Data, a fast-growing SaaS company in the quickly evolving CDP category. Treasure Data is part of Softbank's Vision Fund and provides a cutting-edge Enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP) to leading companies such as AB Inbev, Penske Media, Black & Decker, Dentsu, Wish and Subaru. As CMO, Tom is responsible for the global marketing strategy from "brand to demand" and for scaling the organization and pipeline to fuel sales growth. Responsibilities include:- Demand Generation: Hands-on leader for events and digital acquisition strategies (including PPC, SEO, retargeting, ABX/ABM, intent, social advertising and email marketing/nurturing)- Awareness: Drove content and PR strategy resulting in #1 share of voice for consecutive quarters in crowded category; played key role in AR strategy resulting in two new Forrester Wave placements (from zero to Strong Performer); served as top company thought leader through bylines, public speaking appearances and press interviews; launched first major Treasure Data Event (Digital Shift) including thought leaders, customers, partners and C-level participants- Customer and Partner Marketing: Implemented online customer review strategy resulting in “leader” status on key review sites including Trustradius and G2; spearhead improved customer case study process; grew customer and partner participation in marketing campaigns, speaking engagements and press mentions- Product Marketing / Analyst Relations: Led PMM, AR and Competitive Intelligence teams with major wins in analyst reports from IDC, Forrester and Gartner- Sales Development: Managed and grew sales development (SDR) team, which served as a key intersection point with sales and key growth driver- Martech Strategy: Oversaw a best-of breed martech strategy- Brand: Led two major rebrands, including one on a tight timeline after separation from Arm Inc.; spearheaded acquisition of CDP.com, a category-defining URL and key industry information portal
