I am a professional Linux developer with over two decades--HOW AM I SO OLD--experience writing C, C++, Python and Ruby code exclusively for Linux, using a wide range of different tools, hardware, CPU architectures and project management methodologies. I'm just as comfortable hacking on device drivers as I am using web platforms and JavaScript. I thrive in high-stress and demanding environments, and value and accept criticism as often as I give it. I do my best to remain humble and eager to learn, realizing every engineer I work with is another opportunity to improve my own skills and learn a few new tricks.Although I prefer to see a project through from conception to completion, I've learned that being able to quickly integrate and familiarize myself with an existing codebase is just as important as being able to design entire APIs from scratch.
