I joined APA to lead Automation Factory (RPA) team, helping Micro Focus to automate their back office processes as our first POC project. My responsibilities and achievements include: • Project planning and meet customer to identify requirements back and force. Deeply involved and running scrum every day, Wrote process design document (PDD) and solution design document (SDD) based on the processes identified with IT stakeholders. • Led team on the Blue Prism scripts development and integrated with RaaS (robot as a service) system of APA platform. • Monitor robots running on RaaS, drove internal SIT, and external UAT sign off with MF stakeholders, trained MF team and DXC operation team how to check • Worked with Blue Prism technical team to review our total solution and progress.• Get the digital workforce working on two systems 24*7 hours, save 4 manual contract employees manual effort averaged 9 days for each month, all backlog can be cleaned up daily. • Key contributor to help secure the first deal of $4 million. • Helped APA win the Blue Prism award to most promising innovation in RPA.• Build a strong team can do quickly POC with very restricted and limited environment and resource onsite.
