Ui-Cha! Pho is our pilot restaurant on the campus of the University of Montana, Missoula. We serve freshly made pho noodles and other Vietnamese dishes and beverages in a moderately priced, quick service style. Ui-Cha! Pho also has a Chinese menu serving popular stir fry and chicken specialties such as orange chicken and kung pao chicken. We employ modern technology and methods to maintain authenticity. We're currently assessing alternative locations for a new Ui-Cha! Pho.
