Vibrant IT Solutions was a small suburb based company which specialises in support for small to medium businesses. They provide both hardware and software development support.Cuong was responsible to provide reliable and improved support to the clients that used Vibrant IT Solutions. Working with a small service/support desk, Cuong had to ensure that all request were completed and new server / pc builds were as specified.
