Overseeing and preparation of cost Estimates for Electrical, LSS, and Telecom. Preparing change orders and contract modifications.Forecasting cost for future scope. Day to day negotiations with contractors for significant cost savings to project. Implementing the customers CBOS cost program with the contractors (including training and supervision of database usage).

Coordinates construction projects in the field. Oversee field-based construction projects from concept to completion. Ensure job is done on time, within budget and meets specifications. Monitors the work of sub-contractors and their personnel. Verifies that all parties involved in construction projects have resources needed to complete project according to plan. Monitors compliance with corporate, federal, state and local plant and construction regulations, policies and procedures
